Main Function:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provides support to the management. He/She is reporting to the VP Operations.
 
Duties:
Directs and coordinates hotel activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on the hotel's mission, guests, employees and owners' satisfaction. Understand sales effort within the market and assist with sales calls to top accounts and new accounts and constantly be engaged in the sales efforts. Assist with account maintenance, prospecting, qualifying, and closing pertinent pieces of the business.
 
Qualifications:
With at least 8 years' experience and supervisory level in hotel and restaurant management
Has experience in set-up, pre-opening and operations
Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Proven customer service experience
Amenable to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
 
Work Location: Valencia, Bukidnon
Work Set-up: On-site
Schedule: M-S 8am - 5pm
Other benefits (aside from basic pay and statutory benefits): 13th month pay, management-initiated bonuses (depending on company performance)
