Job Description:
Reporting of any potential site issues to responsible parties (site landlord, company upper management, etc.)
Ability to surveil and solve facility-based issues on a regular basis
Regular inspection of facilities for faults and items requiring repairs
Regular inspection of facilities for the shortage of any items, or need to purchase new equipment
Ability to purchase and transport necessary equipment, when applicable
Ability to communicate tasks clearly and effectively to administrative heads
Ability to work with excel to enter any necessary data involving site workflow
Maintaining records, documents, and files with the necessary confidentiality
Job Requirements:
Great English speaking and communicating skills
Ownership of personal vehicle for transportation
Within proximity of the main facility for daily driving (4/F Mercedes-Benz Center, Clark Freeport Zone)
*This is going to be on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
