Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: Shall assist the Area Officer in the implementation of programs and initiatives, and shall report directly to the Area/Program Officer. The work involves administrative tasks and logistical coordination Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Assist in data gathering, project monitoring and analysis 2. Coordinate with other project units and stakeholders 3. Perform logistical tasks (Reserve venues / Prepare and print attendance sheets, handouts, and other reference materials / Send invitations and follow up on the confirmation of participants) 4. Provide administrative assistance during meetings/activities and perform note-taking or documentation Job Qualifications University Degree / Diploma in community development, agriculture, social sciences or any related fields At least 6 months field-based experience Experienced in community mobilization, multi-stakeholder management, calm and pleasant under pressure, willing to work long hours when needed, basic knowledge in writing correspondences, report writing and event organization Industry background in agriculture, specifically in sustainable agriculture i.e. crops and livestock production, farming systems and agricultural extension Expectations from Candidates: Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
