Job Description
Develop a comprehensive business plan for the Food & Beverage Department.
Coordinates on a day to day basis with outlet managers the smooth running of the operation.
Keep the General Manager, current on information in food and beverage such as changes or events that he or she should know about.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in same capacity or field.
Completed a Bachelor's degree preferably Hotel Restaurant Management.
Strong leadership skills, motivated, team player & with pleasing personality.
Strong background in food & beverage.
Remarkable skills in guest satisfaction & handling.
