Prepare the financial analysis and report, evaluating key business drivers to support management decision and business growth.
Prepare the financial and forecasting analysis reports by the weekly, monthly, yearly of the company's financial performance.
Monitoring and verify the accuracy of financial information in SAP systems.
Coordinate and support closely with business unit's heads to align with budget, forecast and actual of profit and loss, balance sheet, and other financial reports.
Analyse and monitor business performance, address and highlight area to be improved.
Coordinate with all related functions to develop annual budget in order to manage key areas of the financial planning & analysis function which include strategic plan, investment plan, financial plan and execution plan.
Work with accounting department during month end to closing period to ensure accuracy reporting and communicate the financial performances.
Conduct feasibility study of new process / product, enhancement for margin improvement.
Encourage team to their full potential through target and provide the appropriate career development.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or Master's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years experience in Finance analyzers.
Project management skill.
Can work hard under strict timeline.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Reliable and responsible.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skill.
Proficiency in Word and Power Point, as well as excellent Excel skills.
Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading).
Working Condition
Working date Monday - Friday
Working hour: 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 pm.
