College graduate of Accounting, Economics or Finance.
Preferably with MBA units
Professional qualification such as CFA and/or CPA or similar will be an advantage.
Proven track record on honesty and integrity
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
2 to 3 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
An analytical approach to work
High numeracy and sound technical skills
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Strong attention to details
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Capacity to make quick but rational decisions
Potential to lead and motivate others
