For continuous learning, you will also assist in mentoring and enabling Training & Development of team members. Delivering excellent customer service Clients are important to us. Thus, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service to meet on-site client's expectations. This includes building and developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and/or client and be comfortable in working across all levels. You will also monitor procedures to ensure client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon. Managing vendors You will be managing multiple vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget. This includes procuring vendors in accordance to client's procurement guidelines as well as our procurement best practices. You are to ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with our code of ethics. You will also monitor expiry of contracts, initiate re-procurement if needed and continually assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the client. Managing site operations Being on site, you will implement Industry Best Practice operations, assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times. You will also ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met and seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards. 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is also required. On top of that, you will also be managing finances. You will ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements. You will also assist and monitor financial processes to ensure that account payable procedures are followed at all times. Ensuring safety To ensure the provision of a safe working environment, you will implement and manage safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards. You will also assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program as well as the disaster recovering and business continuity plans. You will also follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures, adhering to our firm's guidelines, procedures and strategies. Sound like you To apply you need to be: Experienced You have at least 4 years of experience in facilities/ property management/ hospitality or related field. You also have a knowledge of critical facilities, vendor management and local health and occupational safety requirements. You understand basic technical aspects of property such as Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, etc. You also have the capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts. People person You are able to interact and build rapport with different levels of people from client to team members. On top of that, you have a customer-oriented attitude. You are able to demonstrate proactive and professional approach to customer service. Capable You have strong budget management and financial analysis skills. You also have excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines. You are able to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. Analytical You are analytical in a way that u are able to solve complex problems effectively as well as deal with ambiguity. You are also able to look at long term solutions.
