JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for more detailed design drawings for the production of construction drawings in project requirements.
EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Architecture (licensed)
Has a minimum of 1-year of related experience
Intermediate capabilities in 2d & 3D CAD
Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills both written & oral
Adaptable to learning
Flexible & highly initiative person
Familiar with Philippine and Local Building Codes, Regulations & Standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, prepare more detailed designs
Assist, as required, in the development of plans and drawings, as-built plans and design proposals
Work with design requirements and with personnel in other disciplines as the required for the performance of design
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
