Job Description
US Operations
Management of invoice process (A/R, billing activities, etc.)
Assist in preparation of budgeting forecasts
Help in development of reports for management and other regulatory bodies
Assist in management of analytics relating to company statistics
Gather data from vendors to consolidate into billing and reporting
Assist in review and processing of HR-related activities
Maintaining tasked HR documents and records
Assist in management of documentation and organization of US (and PH) Accounting files
Manage and provide client performance reports as necessary
PH Operations
Collaborate and facilitate activities performed by the Accounting team
Motivate and lead team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
Report designated activities and team status to top management with timely and accurate information
Assist in budgeting for year-end activities
Assist in management of activities between US and PH operations
Job Qualification:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
3+ years in Accounting & Finance Experience
Experience managing and supervising financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
Experience working with Excel
Experience working with an Accounting system (Quickbooks is a plus)
Solid fluency in English reading & writing
Experience working on US Accounting & Finance activities is a plus
