Schedule: Graveyard Shift (10PM - 7AM)
Background:
The Assistant Company nurse will assist the company nurse in providing basic healthcare services to our company's employees. It will also help the company nurse in promoting good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
Responsibilities: .
● Responsibility relating to HMO
○ Enrollment, Correction and Cancellation
○ Monitoring HMO utilization of employees
○ Distribute HMO cards
● Develop and implement health and safety programs.
● Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
● Ensure availability and accountability of medicines and medical supplies.
● Administer first aid / nursing intervention to employees and members
● Assisting employees whenever they are transported to the Hospital for emergencies.
● Records and monitors all employees' medical records.
● Maintain a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
● Help the Company nurse in promoting health and wellness programs.
● Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
● Monitor and update all clinic trackers.
● Assist the Company Nurse in improving the health of employees through on-going programs
and health checks.
● Validation of Employee Medical Certificate
● Responsible in virtually assist/monitor COVID positive employees
● Collaborate with Company Nurse in organizing and assisting employees with Annual Physical
Examination
● Monthly reporting of DOLE-WAIR COVID Form through email
● Works hand in hand with People Management Manager, Associate, Interns on distributions of
work, daily operations pertaining to HMO and Health administration, records management.
● Updating People Management Trackers related to your main responsibility daily.
● Regularly attends departmental and/or project meetings as required.
● Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the People Management Manager/Line Manager
● Perform other reasonable duties as required
Requirements:
● Should be a Medical Allied.(BSN Underboard or Nursing Aide)
● Basic English language skills (written and verbal)
● Proactive and willing to be trained
● Good time management and task management skills
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
● Proficient computer and technical skills
● Able to demonstrate initiative
● Excellent attention to detail
● First Aid Training and BOSH Training is an advantaged
