Must be able to do field work in LGU offices for information pertaining to property offers 5. Must have some background in financial forecasting/modelling for presentation to senior management or principals 6. Must be familiar with how to effectively source and present information related to competitor scanning 7. Must be familiar with documentary requirements in property offers (maps, TCTs, tax declarations, approved plans, authorities to sell, etc) Detailed Duties 1. Must be able to meet brokers and landowners regarding property offers - must be able to assess pertinent qualities (positive and negative) of property offer - must be able to determine best end-use of property being offered, given location, price and other characteristics - must be able to take other party thru the SMDC process in property acquisition in order to manage expectations, especially on timelines and documentary requirements 2.Must be able to conduct site inspection for prospect property offers - must be able to note pertinent characteristics of sites offered, as well as general vicinity vis a vis suitability to requirements of BUs 3.Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management of assessment and issues of property offers - Must be able to make effective presentations, capturing the most pertinent information in a concise manner 4.Must be able to do field work in LGU offices for information pertaining to property offers 5.Must have some background in financial forecasting/modelling for presentation to senior management or principals 6.Must be familiar with how to effectively source and present information related to competitor scanning 7.Must be familiar with documentary requirements in property offers (maps, TCTs, tax declarations, approved plans, authorities to sell, etc) Professional Eligibility Skills Familiar with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) Education Bachelor's/College Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or related courses. Experience At least 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position. Responsibility 1. Must be able to supervise the Business Planning Assistant in areas of administrative support to the Business Planning and Development Department's Land Prospecting and Assessment function. 2. Assistance to land prospecting and acquisition, business research, regional expansion efforts and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time for the SM Group
