 A Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering - with license
 Computer literate, Technical Skills and Resource planning, Plumbing
 Designs using software, Installation, Safety standards, Supervising subordinates
 Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects,
and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
 Monitor/Inspect, maintains, cleans and repairs pumps, motors, piping, pools, and all
associated components.
 Resolves any complaints, problems and requests from building owners/units and
Housing.
 Ensure that the tenant renovation/ repair conforms to the construction guidelines.
 Researches suitable solutions and estimates cost and timescale
 Coordinate, assign, monitor and supervise maintenance staff
 Communicate effectively with heads, managers, technical team and contractors
 Ability to read and understand blue prints and schematics.
 Performs and implement the job in a safe manner and in compliance with the
procedures, work and safety rules.
 Ability to utilize computer skills, including proficiencies in word processing and basic
spreadsheet applications.
 Ensure the daily cleaning and maintenance activities in site
 Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
 Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
 Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
