Executes consumer immersions and other relevant insighting exercises. . Develops and updates the Target Consumer Portrait. . Works with strategic business units (SBU) to refine brand essence and vision. . Responsible for monitoring performance on consumer & shopper preferences, and generating actions to maintain or improve brand Preference . Responsible for implementing Marketing activities to strengthen Brand Power . Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing MC & PFME for specific variants or activites . Responsible for leading teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results. . Considers the impact of local regulations and nutrition guidelines on the brand. .
