The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: ASSISTANT BAKERY OPERATIONS HEAD
 
ROLE:
 
The Assistant Bakery Operations Head supports the overall management and efficiency of bakery operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and an understanding of both production and service functions. The Assistant Bakery Operations Head will assist in overseeing daily operations-from production to sales-ensuring product quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction while supporting the Bakery Operations Head in achieving business goals.
 
Working Conditions
Works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
Regular interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bakery operations, including both kitchen and service management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
Expertise: Solid knowledge of bakery production processes, ingredients, and food safety standards. Familiarity with financial management, including profit and loss monitoring.
