Duties and Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of unliquidated CA's and sending CA update
Proper handling of Petty cash for Head office
Issuance of liquidations as to proper documentation, computations and attachments.
Preparation of monthly schedule of witholding tax and VAT.
Mainatin monthly monitoring of Fix Assets.
Maintains copy of Branch Fix Assets Monitoring
Maintains copy of SSS/HDMF loan voucehre as well as receiving copy of other deductions (Salry/Emergency Loan)
Prepares Debit note and assist on month-end closing.
Qualification
Graduate of B.S Accountancy or Financial Management course
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literate (MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
Organize and keen to details and fast-learner
Time and stress management
