2. Prepared Isuzu Motors Ltd. report Actual vs. Budget 1 whole year (Monthly and Semi-Annually)
3. Prepare FS, Analysis, and accounting-related survey when requested by Isuzu Motors Ltd.
4. Prepares Isuzu Motors Ltd. billing report
5. Generates Financial reports from QNE monthly to ensure that all accounts are well maintained
6. Compliance with BIR regulation and Annual BIR report transaction and report the same to management
7. Make and ensure Monthly Taxes Payment and Yearly filing and payment, BIR System Transaction
8. Coordinates and submits reports to SVG regarding Audit
9. Prepare Draft FS and Tentative Annual ITR Computation during the audit
10. Makes JQB consultation for year End Financial Statement and Monthly taxes review
11. Prepare Alphalist BIR transaction
12. Prepares SEC documents related to Accounting
13. Prepares Billing to dealers either domestic or abroad and other external training (IPC)
14. In charge of monthly financial and management report
15. In charge of regular monitoring of financial balances of the company (forex monitoring)
16 . In charge of the banking transactions of the company
17 . In charge of payroll process based on the Payroll system and checks accuracy of data
18. Prepare 13th-month pay computation of employees
19. In charge of the remittance of monthly government contributions of the company
20. Prepares and checks vouchers and checks with counter checking vs system QNE system
21. Assist in contract monitoring for audit purposes
22. Petty cash custodian
23. In charge of Monthly and Semi-Annual Inventory to strengthen physical management
24. Coordinates and submits reports to SVG on Transfer Pricing Documentation and VAT Related Concerns
25. Coordinates and submits reports to SVG regarding BIR Audit Investigation
26. In charge of MBOS Metrobank system operation
27. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Under General Affairs/HR manager, this position will do a general Accounting and Finance job for a Global Automotive Company specializing in Job Training and Related Services for its employees.
This position is open to non-CPA or CPA, with experiences below:
1. Transact entry at QNE Accounting Software with final checking (Bookkeeping Process)
