Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Officer, Bookkeeper
Experience, Accounts Payable processing, and Balance Sheet
Reconciliations
Exposure to processing of general journals.
Advanced in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong knowledge & experience in working capital management and daily cash flow management.
Firm grasp of financial principles.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and analyses, including sales and expense reporting, cost control, profit margin analysis, and inventory management.
Preparing month-end reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet) and reports for review by Chief Accountant.
Assist with daily-weekly cash flow reporting and forecasting, including bank reconciliations.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Fixed asset register maintenance.
Support the Finance Team in the day-to-day financial reporting operations (bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions).
Assisting the Chief Accountant.
Working closely with Management to share reports and analysis findings.
Assist in preparing year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Liaising with financial institutions.
Reviewing and identifying outstanding debtors/creditors and recommending any necessary action to be taken.
Other ad-hoc projects and tasks.
