· Graduate of any 4 year course
· Proficient in oral and written communication (very good command of the English language)
· Pleasing personality
· Previous experience in a call center an advantage or at least 6 mos. to one (1) year work experience
· Knowledgeable in travel, medical case handling is an advantage; experience in handling calls
· Computer literate
· Hardworking, mature and reliable
· Can work under pressure
· Willing to work on a shifting schedule
