Responsibilities:
Support onsite for IT Asset(Laptop/Desktop/Accessories)
Unpack new shipment of assets and visually inspect for any transport damage and reporting.
Receipt, storage, issuance of new Assets and Accessories.
Updating of records against each transaction (Deployment/Retrieval) in ServiceNow Tool. Work closely with Desktop team for WFO & WFH deployments.
Main asset returns and document the same in Asset register and ServiceNow tool. Timely updates to Asset In Charge.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Asset Recon and reporting to Asset In Charge as required.
Placement of working/ non-working assets/accessories/ spares in stores for easy identification.
Deployment /Installation/ Movement of issued assets with a valid Ticket in ServiceNow.
Updating of records in asset database(ServiceNow) within 24 hours of the transaction completed
Check New asset request on ServiceNow and acknowledge ticket and track till closure.
Meet defined Service levels (SLA) for asset management
Work closely with Site team Lead and Asset in charge for Asset disposals
