Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Checking of asset accountabilities of TIP employees for retrieval purposes
Responsible for calling out of TIP employees to confirm asset retrieval schedule
Monitoring and recording of asset retrieval status to be consolidated daily
Perform validation, re scheduling, follow ups for the reported failed retrievals
Compare retrieval counts daily to warehouse physical retrievals if correctly accounted for
Maintains record of asset retrieval tracker
Liaises with operations, procurement, forwarder, Finance for proper communication of issues and concerns
Can be assigned to TELUS north cluster or south cluster site programs
Perform other related duties as assigned
