Job Description
The Asset Manager will implement the Engineering and Technical Services strategy (aligned to 1FG and BU strategy) through the implementation, maintenance and improvement of asset management best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Experience:
Five years of engineering management in a food manufacturing environment
Five years experience as a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Supervisor
Experience with using a CMMS (SAP, Maximo, COSWIN etc.)
Experience in leading and executing the RCM process
Experience in Capital Expenditure projects advantageous
Experience in the use and application of change management methodologies would advantageous
Licenses:
Licensed Engineer; Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Professional Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and word processing
Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes
Self motivated, results orientated and excellent personal skills
Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability
Strong background in HAACP; safety; GMP; and AIB
Must have a hands-on work ethic
Bilingual preferred
Willingness to relocate, if required
