What You'll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to start a career in Accounting? An Asset Management Specialist is responsible for the analysis of sourcing related processes related to Telco Carrier Invoicing. Conceives simple comparative analyses and determining what data is pertinent and how to best display the data for presentational purposes. Summarizes vendor invoices and inventory and creates and validates spreadsheets. Defines appropriate data and information gathering techniques and utilizes the data analysis to solve various problems. Works closely with Telco carriers.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Audit APAC Telecom Services invoices, determine if contractually the charges are correct and administer billing disputes and resolution.
Process and validate invoices for payments via Calero TEM system.
Telecom circuit inventory database management to identify opportunities for reduced costs
Track changes and maintain inventory of Global Telecom accounts to identify opportunities for reduced cost. Keep organized copies of Telecom contracts for reference.
Audit and Cost Allocation of Global telco Invoices. Determine the correct billing for costing and Revenue Assurance.
Provide Accurate cost allocations for all Telecom invoices for EOM Accrual and Revenue Assurance.
What You Bring to the Role
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience in finance and accounting a plus
Strong communication skills, including the ability to organize and communicate for written and oral presentations.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in excel and access.
