Summary Coordinates with the Supervisor (Asset and Facility Management) in the execution of programs for the provision of administrative services such as property management, grounds maintenance services, and service vehicles. Duties and Responsibilities: Property Management 1. Assists in the evaluation and acquisition of new offices 2. Processes contractor's work permit 3. Monitors CCTV operations and maintenance Building ang Grounds Maintenance 1. Prepares annual preventive maintenance schedule of buildings and grounds 2. Assigns and supervises manpower to perform the preventive maintenance of buildings, roads, drainages, landscaping, etc. 3. Oversees janitorial activities and ensures proper housekeeping Service Vehicles 1. Coordinates with the company custodian to ensure proper vehicle allocation and monitoring 2. Manages the scheduling of the preventive maintenance or repair works of vehicles to an accredited service shop 3. Handles the sourcing of possible service shops and coordinates with the company custodians for accreditation Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
