About the RoleWe're hiring an Assessment Center Lead (Pre-hire Gatekeeper) to oversee the final evaluation and qualification stage of Wing's hiring process. This role ensures every candidate meets Wing's objective standards of skill, communication, and professionalism before moving to client deployment. The Lead manages pre-offer simulations, English and communication assessments, and standardized scoring systems - serving as the company's quality gatekeeper for all hires. \n\n₱55,000 - ₱75,000 a monthKey Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of Wing's Assessment Center, ensuring all simulations, skill tests, and communication evaluations are executed consistently and fairly.- Develop, refine, and enforce objective assessment rubrics across multiple roles (General VA, EA, SDR, CSR, etc.).- Supervise Assessment Proctors and Evaluators, ensuring proper conduct, scoring integrity, and SLA adherence.- Administer and review English and communication evaluations, ensuring candidates meet minimum client-facing benchmarks.- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Quality teams to align evaluation standards with hiring requirements.- Maintain data dashboards and reporting for candidate pass rates, simulation scores, and failure trend analysis.- Audit assessment results to ensure consistency, reliability, and absence of bias across evaluators.- Continuously improve testing materials, simulation environments, and evaluation tools based on operational feedback.- Serve as the final decision-maker for candidate qualification outcomes before offer endorsement.\nQualifications- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in assessments, quality assurance, or training within BPO, recruitment, or remote workforce environments.- Strong command of English communication and writing standards, with the ability to evaluate tone, clarity, and professionalism.- Proven experience managing testing, certification, or simulation-based evaluation programs.- Analytical and process-driven, with the ability to identify gaps in candidate readiness and calibration consistency.- Excellent leadership, coordination, and documentation skills.- Familiarity with LMS, assessment tools, and scoring automation platforms.Preferred Skills- Background in language assessment, instructional design, or psychometric testing.- Experience creating standardized rubrics and calibration systems for large candidate pools.- Strong data literacy, ability to interpret score trends and recommend quality improvements.Department: Learning & Development / QualityWork Setup: Remote / HybridCompensation: PHP 55,000-75,000/month (based on experience and performance)
