Qualifications: Graduate of BS/MS Engineering degree (ME, EE, Materials, etc.) Strong engineering aptitude with learning mindset, excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills Team player, self-motivated, and with good communication skills Must be able to demonstrate exception communication skills during the interview process Ability to track projects and meet deadlines Experience with CAD, Thermal Simulation software an advantage. Brief Job Description: The Assembly Engineer will be part of Asia Assembly Engineering that is responsible in supporting the development, characterization and qualification of IC assembly manufacturing process in the Asia subcontractors Works with other functional groups to drive process improvements and solve process and customer issues Communicates with ADI and external subcontractor representatives on a regular basis to drive projects to completion Part of his/her responsibilities may also include supporting different package characterization, tear-down and package design support activities. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
