JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience gain in manufacturing company as Production Engineer handling group of people
Able to understand and read mechanical drawings and designs
Must be knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards and other priniciples applied in Japanese companies
Have knowledge in 7QC Tools, FMEA, Time and Motion Study and PQCDSME Improvement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors overall production operations in the shop floor based on production indices and cost
Supervises line progress in terms of PQCDSME
Ensures full implementation and compliance to company rules, QA rules and ISO Standards in GENBA
Checks and verifies abnormality occurrences, root cause and countermeasure effectiveness
Monitors inventory participant's involvement, output and check inventory discrepancies
Generates improvement activities related to safety, quality, productivity and cost during operations
Leads new model preparation
Generate countermeasures related to issues encountered during initial production
Checks and verifies operations standards based on the assembly drawing
Condusct process FMEA and ensure to follow standards and principles of Shikkari Kihon standards
