Assemblers are responsible to route wires, cut and solder wires, assemble systems, install various components, track and identify wires, provide inspection on all parts, and measure resistance for operational accuracy
Shall be able to perform basic mechanical gland assembly operations including but not limited to, wire cutting and stripping, gland assembly and torquing (for simple catalog glands including simple to moderate catalog variations).
Shall be able to read and follow simple to moderately detailed manufacturing operational instructions and shall be able to read/understand basic engineering drawings.
Shall be able to perform basic sensor mechanical assembly operations including but not limited to assembly of catalog sensor termination styles (i.e., PJ, Termination Heads, etc).
Shall be able to perform various assembly/machine operator functions which involve the use of automatic or semi-automatic equipment (i.e., laser marking, laser welding, etc)
Shall be able to perform basic gland and sensor electrical tests such as, but not limited to insulation resistance, circuit continuity and polarity
Shall be able to perform basic inspection operations using common measuring devices (ruler calipers, etc).
Must be able to pass a visual acuity (vision) test and color-blindness test.
Shall be able to lift/handle 40 lbs minimum
TESDA Accredited Training Center
Electronics Products Assembly and Servicing NC II Certification
At least 3 years wire or cable assembly experience.
Experience in a fast-paced quality-oriented manufacturing environment.
Capable to read drawings and prints
Shall have a working knowledge of basic mathematics such as addition, subtraction and fractions.
