Job Description * Develop and implement new software programs based on requirement/specification documents * Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications * Design and update software database schemas * Run unit tests on d Job Description Develop and implement new software programs based on requirement/specification documents Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications Design and update software database schemas Run unit tests on developed or enhanced software Recommend improvements to existing software program codes as necessary Analyze problems/incidents encountered in live operations and recommend/implement solutions Job Qualifications/Requirements Education: Graduate of a 4-year IT or computer-related college course Experience: Over 4 years software development experience using C# and .NET, and MS SQL/SyBase, ASP.NET, jQuery, MVC, Angular Over 2 years' software development experience using ASP.NET Over 2 years' experience in performance tuning/optimizing existing applications Strong foundation on Object Oriented Programming Technical Skills Required: Solid understanding of the current IT systems environment and development paths Knowledgeable in prevalent operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) Certification in Systems Development would be an advantage Other competencies, skills, licensure required: Strong analytical skills Good logical problem-solving attitude and skills Attention to details Highly creative and innovative Works well in a team setting
