Job Description Position Summary:Coordination and packaging artworks projects plan.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and work with the requestor and designer for tuning / clarifying the artwork requirements
Project plan, track, prioritize and monitor the artwork progress, and ensure all the deliverables are ready by the request deadline
Coordinate packaging artwork approval process to meet design requirements.
Provides tracker and progress reports to management using a wide variety of charts, tables, and graphs
To ensure artwork native files are maintained and latest versions are readily available
Job Qualifications Person Specifications
5+ years of experience in graphic or project planer
Diploma or degree in graphic design
Proficient using Office software (added value skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc)
Strong organizational and planning skills in project management and program coordination
Details minded, self-discipline and good working attitude
Ability to deliver against specific deadlines
Good communication skills of verbal, written, and interpersonal
Leadership Competencies:

Functional Competencies:
Strong project management and organization skills.
Strong brief-taking skills and ability to communicate effectively
