The Role:
The Artist Services Support Representative is a position perfect for a creative individual interested in working with artists to help them advance their careers. The Artist Services Support Representative will be involved in a wide range of tasks including communicating with artists, updating artist and piece information in the client's catalog, and offering administrative support to the Artist Services Lead.
Artist Services Mission: Be a valued partner to our client's network:
- By helping our artists grow their careers and gain visibility.
- By offering daily administrative support.
- By having a fresh perspective, an innovative mindset.
- By sourcing emerging and established artists to recruit.
Responsibilities Overview and Goals:
- Artist Profile Updates (1 hour)
- Review content artists submit for approval to be added to their profiles.
- Goal: Review content within 5 days of the artist request submission date.
- Artist Customer Service (4 hours)
- Respond to emails and answer calls from artists asking questions about client's programming.
- Goal: Provide excellent customer service to our artist network. Respond promptly within 24 hours to artists
with thoughtful and courteous responses.
- Additional Administrative Support As Needed (5 hours)
- Artist Talent Acquisition - Search for new artists to add to the client's network.
- Digital Artwork Program Support - Issue royalties for pieces in digital programs.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Able to troubleshoot problems, yet know when to ask questions if necessary
