Job Title: Art Director (Video)

Location: Philippines (Remote)
Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of an Art Director (Video) who will be working with our client based in Singapore. Our client is a largest Creative Agency specializing in real estate media.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work environment, has excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and campaigns and has adaptability to evolving project requirements and advertising trends.
Responsibilities
· Develop and oversee the creative vision for video projects, with a strong focus on advertising content.
· Innovate and strategize ad campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience.
· Collaborate with Video Editors to guide the creative process from conceptualization to final production, ensuring alignment with ad strategies.
· Provide expert advice on ad composition, visual storytelling, and color grading.
· Maintain consistency and high quality in all video content, with an emphasis on advertising effectiveness.
· Lead pre-production planning, including concept development, storyboarding, and ad campaign design.
· Foster a collaborative and creative environment for idea sharing.
· Review and approve final edits, ensuring they align with strategic advertising goals.
· Keep abreast of industry trends in video production, advertising, and design technology.
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on video production and advertising.
· A degree in Art, Design, Media, or a related field.
· Proven track record in developing successful advertising campaigns and innovative content.
· Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
· Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work environment.
· Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and campaigns.
· Adaptability to evolving project requirements and advertising trends.
