Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively interpret business needs, as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual designs
• Direct and collaborate with other team members to implement creative direction
• Design complex documents to match brand themes
• Explain design concepts and manage design feedback
• Prepare graphics for output, in a variety of print and digital mediums - including but not limited to: press, online CRM portals, EDMs, direct emails, social feeds etc.
• Create and update various collateral including brochures, multipage documents, infographics, banners, motion graphics and other similar collateral
• Develop brands from concept to completion and handover
• Work within project schedules and meet strict deadlines
• Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards and concepts - encouraging feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
• Conceptualize campaign vision, source graphics, refine copy and collate designs
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree (or above) in Graphic Design, Marketing or any related field
• 5+ years as a professional Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience in a Senior Designer / Art Director role
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps and production management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively
• Ability to learn quickly, follow creative briefs and adhere to style guides
• Consistent high attention to detail
• A strong creative vision with exceptional capability with typography, color and layout
• Ability to ask questions and provide suggestions to achieve clear business objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to web design and social media marketing preferred
• Highly adaptable with a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
