SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Hit sales targets, sales planning and execution of programs and initiatives.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute area sales plans aligned with regional goals
Identify market opportunities and competitor activity.
Lead, motivate and coach CDOs/KAS/ADS and sales teams.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and training.
Meet or exceed area sales targets, collection targets and share of shelves goals.
Monitor sales metrics (conversion rates, sales cycle length, etc)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through LISTEN process.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Gather and share area market insights, competitor information and customer feedback.
Conduct sales meeting, product demos and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key customers.
Manage area sales data and sales tools.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors/College Degree in Business or related courses
At least 2 - 3 years experience in sales and sales management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer relationship-building skills
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Adaptability and resilience
