Are you looking for an opportunity in managing General Trade sales team to be the best in class go-to-market organization If so, this is the role for you. As an Area Sales Manager, you will ensure flawless execution of the General Trade strategies in order to achieve goals and objectives in terms of sales achievement, brand distribution and overall effective General Trade business management. In this role, you function as a driven sales professional to grow sales and manage business activities within a defined geographical area. Key to this position is the ability to drive sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments. This includes leading and providing strategic direction to the distributor team to ensure achievement of targeted sales volumes and distribution targets ensuring long-term distributor success . You will understand and leverage roles and responsibilities of the cross functional team to drive sales results. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to win while helping our Haleon partners. Key responsibilities: Manage general trade team in the preparation and execution of annual business plans / promotion plan / sales forecast / and customer information Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach Ensure attainment of revenue and distribution targets Develop execution standards for distributor strategies in alignment to category and brand goals.
