About the Department
You will join the Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2021. This position will report to Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit Director.
The position
As an integral member of the field sales management team, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
Overseeing the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics
Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory; reach the targets and goals set for your area.
Develop sales strategies and setting targets; and collect customer feedback and market research while establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
Geographical scope: the role would cover Visayas and Mindanao, and will be based in Cebu.
Your Qualifications
A college degree preferably Science related
A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with passion for to drive performance and coaching
At least 2 years of experience in people management
High performer and successful in the current role
Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
Knowing the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of the disease area, knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage
Willingness to be mobile with high business ethics mindset
