Responsibilities: -Ensure standards to provide quality customer service -Organize and consolidate data & reports (Sellout & Inventory) -Submit weekly report: productivity, store and promoter concerns, Brand Visibility Opportunities -Conduct Store Vis Responsibilities: -Ensure standards to provide quality customer service -Organize and consolidate data & reports (Sellout & Inventory) -Submit weekly report: productivity, store and promoter concerns, Brand Visibility Opportunities -Conduct Store Visits (Trade Check) and Dealer Meetings -Supervise sales representatives -Meet all sales quotas and goals Qualifications: -Graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Management related discipline -Proven experience in sales, business development or similar role is required -At least 5 years hands-on experience in sales -Knowledgeable of Sales and Business Development best practices -Experience in Telco industry is preferred -Impressive Leadership, Communication and Presentation Skills -Can execute strong Business Acumen -Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools -Achievement and Certification of High performance from previous employer is a plus -Willing to travel -Area assignment (CDO/Bukidnon/Caraga/Pagadian-Dipolog/Iligan-Lanao-Ozamis/Zamboanga)
