The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. The candidate is primarily responsible for the recruitment of agents, developing business distribution channels, managing staff in addressing customer requirements, and addressing any escalated customer service issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
Experience recruiting and training intermediaries
1+ years in an insurance-related job
Has a valid driver's license
