Job Description
Responsible for the timely and efficient provision of the clinic's general services administration (sanitation, security and safety, facilities planning and maintenance and renovation utilities, mailing, messengerial, procurement and inventory management), asset and property management, lease, rental and renovation.
Process all work requiring permits for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulations in the construction of new extension office.
Job Qualification
Graduate of four year medical course (Rad Tech, Nurse, Med Tech)
At least two (2) years experience in a managerial capacity * Background from medical / clinic set up is an advantage
Familiar with medical regulatory and licensing requirements (DOH, BFAD)
High leadership and analytical skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation and interpersonal relations skills
Can deal with people at all levels
Can work independently and for long hours
Proactive and can work in a fast paced environment
MS Office proficient
