JOB DESCRIPTION
Address customer satisfaction, concerns and other issues promptly.
Ensures that all branch personnel are informed of any promos/packages, and other information related to the store.
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
Strong oral and excellent written communication skills.
With at least 2-5 years of work experience in management
Excellent leadership skills
Able to manage a team or be a good team player
