Qualifications
At least 3-5 years experience in store operations and area operations in supermarket format
At least 1 year experience as Area Manager
Willing to work in Bicol and be assigned anywhere in the region
Responsibilities
Lead and Manage the operations of the Assigned Area of Coverage
Create/develop strategy in order to achieve Sales and Productivity targets.
Monitor the Store Operations in the quest for Quality, Customer Service, Safety and Security, Facilities Management, Equipment Maintenance, Tenants Relations and Community Relations.
Recommend process improvement and ensure consistency and Efficiency of the Assigned Area.
Maximize Sales and Reduced Operation Expenses
