Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the assigned area with the objective of ensuring achievement of business sales target.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise sales operations of Distribution Sales Team.
Supervise Dealers Sales Force Team/Promoters.
Schedule regular dealers' visit.
Ensure sales target achievement of dealers (Sell In & Out).
Ensure dealers' sell out are all reported in Samsung MCS System.
Accomplish all dealers' sell out related report.
Recommend strategies to improve dealers store sales.
Build new dealer and other sales opportunity to maximize sales.
Ensure existing dealers' satisfaction by providing prompt customer services.
Report, monitor and follow-up all dealers' needed support and provide update to dealers.
Accomplish all dealers' support related reports.
Analyze field reports and accomplish sales related reports.
Analyze competitor pricing and recommend proposals and sales strategies.
Coordinate with retail ops in HO to ensure that all requirements for rebates are done and paid out on time.
