Job Description Data Management and Insight Generation
1) Provides insights and recommendations based on the analytical reports generated, with input from other teams (ie SIMP,CIPM, Market Research, Network Info,etc.)
2) Continuously brainstorms with the Head, peers, and other appropriate groups for insight validation.
3) Exposes risks in reports in terms of impact to customers, competitiveness, and profitability/revenues.
4) Complies with the agreed SLA on data validation and suggests direction/action plans for continuity of data delivery.
5) Guides users on how to read and interpret data/information generated by the team.
6) Performs specific analytical tasks in terms of data sourcing, extraction, checks/validation, tabulation, calculations and analysis.
7) Initiates report and process improvements through continuous review/enhancement of report content, format/views
8) Prepares and enhances analytical summaries (i.e. tables, charts, dashboard) that aids in the transformation of data into value-adding analytics.
9) Ensures timely delivery and accuracy of analytical reports, including contributions to inter-group deliverables (e.g., Comptroller-led Ops Review report).
People/ClientManagement (SIMP,CIPM, ISG and Business Partners)
1.) Assists the RSH in managing the analytic requirements of the region.
2.) Recommends specific database analytic tasks and solutions to address and translate high-level business requirements.
3.) Regularly interfaces with clients to ensure alignment of requirements and roadmaps requirements for data management.
Sales Analytics Acumen à deep understanding of business (KPI) trends and analysis of performance
Understanding of Consumer & Trade Dynamics à able to understand on-ground information and correlate with internally generated data
Competitive Intelligence à sound knowledge of competitors' efforts on group / community acquisition programs targeted nationally / regionally
Data Mining Skills à able to process and manage data
Organization awareness à able to identify inter and intradepartmental sources of information
Communication skills à able to present information in a concise, coherent, meaningful manner
