QUALIFICATIONS:
AREA IN-CHARGE
· High school graduate or college level are welcome to apply.
· Minimum of 3+years of experience in sales or area management, preferably within the relevant industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts in the specific product category.
· Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning and promotions.
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
· Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to the Department Head.
