AREA COORDINATOR
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
The Area Coordinator provides with and facilitates operational and human resources process at all business transaction. This role coordinates with Clients and HR in terms of manpower request, manpower pooling, performance of Service Providers, and other operational concerns.
 
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Conducts store visit/field work twice a month or as when required.
Screens applicants, administers employment test, and gives feedback to clients of the result.
Facilitates on boarding on newly hired Service provider.
Conducts and facilitates schedules of orientation, seminar, and training to Service Providers when required.
Coordinates with HR and Client's regarding manpower request, newly hired employees, and manpower pooling.
Coordinates with Area Operational Manager regarding training, coaching employee communication and operational issues.
Monitors, and evaluates performance of Service provider (including TLs) and facilitates necessary action.
Ensures effective communication process by regularly checking emails for important messages, and sending appropriate responses.
Facilitates investigation of an erring employees/service providers and conducts disciplinary process.
Prepares timekeeping of employees (non-food) on or before payroll cut-off.
Monitors, tracks and attends payroll issues in collaboration with the Finance team and Clients' payroll in-charge.
Disseminates memos, updates to all Service Provider (TL) in a timely manner.
Acts as liaison between management and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Responds to employee queries, including but not limited to company policies, benefits claims, and coop loans.
Keeps records accurately of manpower inventory and movements.
Prepares departmental reports (Manpower inventory, planned activities, etc.)
Special projects and other duties as assigned
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
Process renewal of Permits/licenses as satellite office (e.g. CDA, Mayor's Permit etc.)
Delivers billing to Clients and pay slips to Tekton employees.
Answer telephone calls, sort & organized documents, and accurately encodes data in the HRIS as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduate of AB/BS degree in Psychology / Behavior Sciences
Experience : At least (1) one year experience in Human Resource functions.
Training : 12 hours training in Supervisory Development / Labor Relations
Special Skills : Proficient in oral and written communications, good supervisory and interpersonal skills, and computer literate.
SUPERVISION
Deployed Service Providers including Store Team Leaders.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS
 
Work is performed in an office and outdoor environment and in close proximity to other workers. Incumbent shall be exposed to those conditions normally encountered in a business office environment and is regularly subject to outdoor examination settings with exposure to diverse weather conditions such as wind, heat, cold, and rain. Incumbent must have the stamina to travel (by land, air & water) and work long hours, holidays, and
weekends as when required.
