JOB PURPOSE
Manages operations performance in a territory composed of several branches and ensures that revenue goals are achieved, and that standard operating procedures and policies are implemented. Responsible for the administration of sales and credit policies and programs, product stock availability and proper inventory management, management of receivables, and has administrative authority over the Branch Supervisors in the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Area Business Development Managers to ensure that Branch Sales revenue targets are met, and that quality customer service is provided to Dealers
Implements strategies to achieve credit management and repeat PO targets.
Coordinates with Supply Chain to ensure product stock availability and proper stock inventory management in the branches.
Ensures implementation of Standard Operating Procedures on the following:
Handling of cash and check collections
Bank deposit of collections daily
Management of fixed and other assets in the branches.
Implementation of good housekeeping and warehouse practices.
Ensures that customer queries and other concerns are managed promptly and to the satisfaction of Dealers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related courses
Minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisory capacity position for promotion. For hiring, equivalent experience of 5 to 7 years.
Demonstrated ability for leadership and excellent customer service; has acceptable assessment results for the leadership position
