Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviews daily report such as CRDR/Cash Receipt and Disbursement Report with supporting documents from branches.
To ensure that daily IOU are valid and adequately supported then make entry in Journal Voucher for closing of IOU.
Reconcile the Head Office accounts to Branch accounts.
Monitor the Accounts Payable to ensure that it will be settled monthly.
Branch visit once a month and conduct surprise cash count base on their daily Crdr Report. To ensure that their cash summary report are intact and balance.
To check and review every check issuances of the branch and monitor the series of checkbook.
To make Bank Reconciliation of 10 branches in Area 6 and trace up the unrecorded deposit and withdrawal.
To make JV for HO check issuance of branch expense.
