ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO HEAD
Job Description:
You are to perform a wide range of architectural work that includes but not limited to:
Assist Senior Architect in preparing Schematic Design Concepts up to Construction Documents
Prepare Bill of Materials
Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Plumbing Engineers with regards to the project.
Conducts site inspection to make sure that plans & specifications are properly implemented
Coordinates with construction materials suppliers and perform material purchasing.
Lead a team of architectural apprentice & draftsman to produce construction documents
Perform other related duties
Salary: TBD
Benefits: All mandated Government Benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pag-ibig) Project Based Bonuses
Schedule: You are given a schedule of 8:00am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday which may change anytime the operations deem necessary. You may also be required to work overtime as needed.
