Is currently looking for:
 
TWO (2) ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTORS FOR CONSTRUCTION FIT OUT AND LANDSCAPING ON SITE - FULL TIME
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess the condition of the property, including verifying and coordinating the status of existing electrical power, auxiliary, and water lines.
Perform thorough inspections to ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with consultant's drawings, specifications, and Rockwell standards.
Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review them against contract requirements, approve them when applicable, and report or advise on any deviations from the contract requirements.
Ensure that all construction works meet the highest quality standards and are compliant with the project's specifications and requirements.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise and ensure smooth execution of the project.
Submit progress report. Include any supporting documents, such as charts, graphs, or detailed reports, that provide additional context or data. Provide an estimated percentage of completion for ongoing tasks.
Qualifications:
Architect with minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating and analyzing project designs.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
