Job Description Provide backend assistance to the project manager
Produce an accurate schedule and budget reports
Conduct budget and email management
Collaborate with various departments and take orders from multiple levels
Complete assigned tasks independently using project management software such as Trello and BuilderTrend
Examine supplier quotes and ensure they are accurate.
Extract quantities from drawings and obtain quotes from suppliers (Planswift)
Read and interpret construction drawings and architectural plans
Job Qualifications With an architectural degree is preferred
3+ years of experience in construction process and documentation (residential)
Excellent understanding of how to read construction drawings and interpret Architectural plans.
Working knowledge of Planswift or any equivalent estimating software
Working knowledge of Trello & BuilderTrend or any similar project management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail.
Able to display leadership qualities
Accountability and a drive to achieve goals.
Commitment to try new tools and systems and champion growth and development, as part of our obsession to build dream houses for our clients.
Resourceful - you go out and find answers and don't wait for someone to teach you.
A strong passion for further advancement in your own career - Goal-setting in your career path is crucial to growth.
