We are actively looking for a proactive Architectural Draftsman with attention to detail and the capacity to transform ideas into powerful visual representations to add to our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Develop accurate architectural plans and detailing of technical drawings based on concepts, sketches or specifications from architects.
Preparation of 3D models, shop drawings, construction drawings and coordination drawings.
Modify drawings based on feedback and ensure updated revisions are clearly labeled and distributed properly.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors for cohesive construction documents.
Visit project sites to verify existing conditions and gather data for as-built drawings or renovations.
Providing renders for permits and client presentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any related field
Extensive experience in drafting
Proficient in Autocad, Sketch-up
Skilled in Rendering Softwares e.g Lumion, Vray, D5, Photoshop
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
Knowledge on architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-500 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Work Set-up: Onsite (Cebu City, Cebu)
*Applicant must be amenable to commute to Camputhaw, Cebu City
